Agustinus Dawarja
Agustinus Dawarja is a Senior Partner at LexRegis-Agustinus Dawarja & Partners, an independent Indonesian law firm providing corporate legal services to Indonesian and international clients. Born in Lawir-Flores, he graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of the University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta with the degree of Sarjana Hukum (Master of Laws) and graduated from a Seminary St. Pius XII – Junior and Senior High School in Flores. Mastery of some Indonesian ethnic’s languages of Timorese and Java. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Agustinus Dawarja is appointed by the Indonesian Advocates Associations (PERADI) to practise in all courts having jurisdiction in Indonesia and as the Chief of International Relation at PERADI - West Jakarta branch. He is also appointed by the Chairman of Indonesian Capital Markets Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM) to practice as a legal consultant in the Indonesian Stock Exchanges, is a member of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant, and member of the European Advocate Union (AEA).
